Sunday Recap
Recap:This was a close one up until the late 4th quarter when Blue begged Ben to shoot and he knocked down 4 huge threes to put it out of reach and give Orange the W. Stan proved to be too much of a problem for Charlie defensively and Blue continues to have issues on offense chemistry wise. Jarret finished with 27 for Blue, and Stan moved into the points leader position adding 26 for 275 for the season.
Recap:Red started hot going 11 for 11, but Yellow didn't back down and kept it close despite everyone on Red hitting. Mike Dias finally showed up and dropped 32 tough points, with 11 coming from the free throw line. Yellow showed a lot of grit at the end, with Maul hitting some big threes and Shant scoring on some tough drives to the hoop. Red couldn't keep it together and let the game slip away. Tyler finished with 19 for Red.
Recap:White's Darien Brothers continues to make life miserable for the rest of the league, hitting 7 3s and scoring at will. Kyle Wiggins also had a big game for White, controlling the paint and grabbing boards in addition to his 15 points. Purple put up a respectable fight, with newcomer Noah getting some shifty buckets and Scotty and Mike Curtin hitting deep threes but it was not nearly enough. Noah had 17 in the loss, Darien had 29 for White.
Recap:Green's Conor Cummins made a huge statement, dropping 32 points and maybe as many rebounds as Green steamrolled a fairly hapless Black squad. Green generally looked like everyone was having a good time scoring and passing the ball easily. On the other hand -- Black once again couldn't defend a paper bag and looked miserable. They did cover the spread at least. Black's Tim had 18 in the loss.
