Sunday Preview

White
(9 - 3)
8:00 AM
Green
(10 - 2)

Preview:The matchup to watch in this battle for the #1 seed will be Darien vs Tony-- both will have a lot on their shoulders as each squad will be without full rosters and it might come down to who can control the game better. If all the role players on both sides don't over (or under)perform, White should win. White by 3.

Orange
(7 - 5)
9:00 AM
Yellow
(8 - 4)

Preview:Last matchup no one on Orange could stop Taylor or Marcus as they got blown out 93-70. Orange does seem to have an issue with teams with multiple threats. The player to watch on this one will be Ben Vitale; if he can hit open shots to disrupt the "just let Ben shoot" defensive strategy it might be closer than last time. Yellow by 10.

Black
(0 - 12)
10:00 AM
Purple
(2 - 10)

Preview:Black is limping towards the end of the season and just hoping they can get enough players to field a squad. Purple has been playing well, stringing together positive quarters and is primed to finally get a W. That's why I'm taking Black. Nothing about either of these teams makes sense; Pete's going off with like 14 threes to win it himself. Black by 1.

Red
(8 - 4)
11:00 AM
Blue
(4 - 8)

Preview:Red is a consistently good team so I think the biggest question in this game is which Blue team is going to show up: the one with Jarret, Angel and Crump moving the ball around before dropping it down to Charlie for an easy bucket or to Steve for a deep three? or the one where they all argue and Charlie screams "AND 1!!!!!!" when he's not getting fouled and Angel goes to the bench asking for a trade to Yellow while Jarret chucks? It's a week to week thing at this point, but I'm taking Red. Red by 10.
