Sunday Recap
Recap:Darien had 24 of White's 24 first points, single handedly keeping them in the game as Black got off to a hot start. AP impressed and hit a lot of tough shots, but it was not enough to maintain as White got out of their slump and rolled in the 2nd half. Darien ended with 48 for White. AP had 23 for Black.
Recap:Sidney came to hoop on Sunday and Red was. not. ready. for it. He knocked back 10 threes and controlled the offense, dishing out more than a few oos and ahhs on some dimes and generally pushed the ball. Red kept it competitive, but could not withstand the onslaught and eventually got into foul trouble with Dfern fouling out at the end. Sidney finished with 36 for Orange. EJ and Tyler had 28 and 27 respectively for Red.
Recap:There was a lot of 1on1 basketball in this one. Blue used their size advantage and Charlie went off. It wasn’t Jarret's most efficient game but he got hot at the right time and Blue got the W. The new comers on Yellow seem to not understand they have a beast in Mikey and didn't do enough to get him involved, but he also appeared to check out defensively. Jarret had 27 for Blue and Taylor had 23 for Yellow.
Recap:If you like offense you hated this game. Perhaps one of the lowest scoring games in league history, powered in part by Purple's incredible 2 point first quarter performance, this game left a lot to be desired. Shooting issues were not limited to Purple, though, as Green was also shooting blanks. That said, Green was able to run away with it though through defense and fast break points. Rico, Tony and Luke broke double digits for Green and only Scotty Gilmore could do that for Purple.
